Visit the Durham Solid Waste Management site to review the calendar garbage pickup days and guidelines.

• Garbage is collected weekly every Tuesday in our neighborhood.
• Place your green garbage cart at the curb Monday evening as garbage is often picked up early the following Tuesday morning.
• If your collection day falls on a holiday or the day after a Monday holiday, your garbage collection will be delayed by one day.
• Yard waste/debris* is put out on the curb every week on Tuesday to be picked up on Wednesday using your dark brown designated yard waste cart.
  (*Yard waste pickup is a fee based service and does require you to have a current sticker from the city.)
