A centralized call center for information and services offered by the City of Durham.
Call 919-560-1200 to reach a customer service representative that will answer your questions, dispatch a service request, or connect you to the appropriate department. Such requests may include:
- Water services-water quality issues, water conservation, and sewer maintenance.
- Garbage/Recycling Services-to request replacement carts, missed pick-up, or to schedule bulky household items and yard waste pick-up.
- Street Lighting-to request replacement of a street light or placement of street light in a dark, unlit area of the street.
- Neighborhood Appearance/Nuisances-to report junked vehicles on private property, deteriorating housing, overgrown grass/weeds on neighboring properties, barking dogs, or illegal parking, deer struck by car, etc.
