To All District 3 Neighbors,
“A new direction to shift the life of a child, a family, a neighborhood in the Triangle area.”
Please join us this Saturday, November 14th, from 10 am to noon for our monthly PAC3 meeting. The meeting is held at 1309 Halley Street, Durham, NC 27707 (Community Family Life & Recreation Center at Lyon Park.)
The meeting agenda will include:
Topic/Guest Speaker: ” A new direction to shift the life of a child, a family, a neighborhood in the Triangle area,” presented by Nick Allen of the United Way of the Greater Triangle.
Our communities, consistently rank nationally among the best places for lifestyle and for business but face invisible issues—hunger, poverty, homelessness, educational disparity.
The United Way of the Greater Triangle has committed to a new strategic plan that builds on a collaborative, solutions-based approach — to align all the seemingly disjointed services around a coordinated action plan and shared goals.
If you donate your time or money to local non-profits you’ll learn how your investment could make a greater impact towards long-term, sustainable solutions.
